Become a member of Flo's Flock of Teen Staff at Brighton Woods

Flo's Flock of Esteemed Teen Staff is a group of dedicated teen volunteers who make camp happen! This is a leadership program and it is your time and turn to lead. We are looking for teens willing to put in the effort to make camp a magical positive experience for you and your fellow teens, and for the campers you'll be leading. This means leaving the phones in your backpack and focusing on the moment, being in the beautiful Brighton Woods, and enjoying the time you'll spend at camp! New teen staff will be expected to join us for a training year before becoming full fledged members of the teen staff; this is to ensure the success and confidence of our new teens as they take on more responsibilities and challenges at camp!
