Aides in Training (AITs) do not need to apply, just register for camp!
Fill out the 2026 Teen Staff Application! (Opens January 1st; Due by March 6th)
And don’t forget to register for camp!

Teen Staff at Brighton Woods
Flo’s Flock of Esteemed Teen Staff is a group of dedicated teen volunteers who make camp happen! This is a leadership program and it is your time and turn to lead.
Aides (aka Teen Staff):
- Have attended Brighton Woods before as a Teen Staff or completed their AIT year
- Have completed 8th grade by the time camp starts
- Fill out the teen staff application
- Complete the Teen Staff Paperwork Checklist
- Agree to the Teen Staff Agreement
AITs
- Completed 7th grade before camp starts OR older, but this is their first year at Brighton Woods Day Camp!
- Register as an AIT on doubleknot
- Complete the Camper Paperwork Checklist
- Come to camp!
Both Aides and AITs earn service learning hours!
We are looking for teens willing to put in the effort to make camp a magical positive experience for you and your fellow teens, and for the campers you’ll be leading. This means leaving the phones in your backpack and focusing on the moment, being in the beautiful Brighton Woods, and enjoying the time you’ll spend at camp! New teen staff will be expected to join us for a training year before becoming full fledged members of the teen staff; this is to ensure the success and confidence of our new teens as they take on more responsibilities and challenges at camp!
